In order to become an approved vendor, companies must go through a bid process. Region 7 Purchasing Cooperative facilitates thirty-eight (38) bids that are on a rotating two-year schedule. Please note that submitting a catalog discount bid can place a company as an approved vendor through a multiple-vendor award; you are not bidding on any particular job/product/service/district.
- Bid Notification Request: This enables a vendor to receive e-mailed notification of bid opportunities, submit bid responses, and view bid awards.
